I would never have believed how easy it is to make.
3 tbsps. tahini
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsps. olive oil
2 large cloves/3 small cloves garlic - crushed
1 tbsp. natural yogurt
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
salt & pepper to taste
water - to create desired texture
(optional 1 tbsp. smoked rapeseed oil)
Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz away until you have the consistency and flavour you want. Add salt and pepper to taste, add water to reach the consistency you prefer.
Will store in the fridge up to 3 days.
