1 sheet pre made puff pasty
200g mushroom chopped
1 bag frozen chopped onions
1 bag spinach (washed)
How to make them
Heat oven to 200C (or as instructed on pasty packet)
Wilt the spinach - put it in a bowl.
Fry the mushrooms and onions - put them in a bowl.
Cut the sausage into small pieces - fry and put them in a bowl.
Scramble 1 egg and add 1 tbsp soured cream to it, mix this up.
Put the puff pasty sheet onto a lined baking tray (I cut it in half and make 2 smaller ones)
Fold up the sides and twist the corners.
Put the spinach in the bottom of the tart.
Put the onion mushroom mixture on top.
Finally sprinkle the sausages on top.
Pour over the egg/cream mixture.
Put this in the oven and cook for 18-20 mins @200C or as directed on the packet.
Serve with cherry tomatoes and green salad.
